7. Buying Used Equipment From Customers
Customers wishing to sell equipment to Delhi Camera Exchange by GP agree that:
They are the lawful owner of the equipment.
The equipment is not stolen, financed, or subject to any legal dispute.
All information provided regarding the product is accurate.
The product may undergo physical and functional inspection before a final offer is made.
Initial quotations provided online, over the phone, or through messaging platforms are only estimates and may change after inspection.
Delhi Camera Exchange by GP reserves the right to revise or decline any offer based on the actual condition, authenticity, completeness, or functionality of the equipment.
8. Ownership Transfer
Once:
the final quotation has been accepted,
the equipment has been handed over,
payment has been completed,
ownership of the equipment transfers to Delhi Camera Exchange by GP.
Completed buyback transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers selling equipment are responsible for:
Removing all personal data.
Logging out of all accounts.
Removing memory cards and storage media.
Performing factory resets where applicable.
Delhi Camera Exchange by GP is not responsible for recovering or protecting personal data left on devices after transfer.
10. Used Equipment
Pre-owned products may show normal cosmetic signs of previous use.
Every used product is inspected before sale, and significant cosmetic or functional conditions will be disclosed whenever possible.
Minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal usage shall not be considered a defect.
11. Warranty
New products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty wherever applicable.
Certified pre-owned products may include a limited warranty if specifically mentioned on the product page or invoice.
Physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered under any warranty.
